2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, live plants, and products that have been used or damaged through misuse. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
5. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at greenhaus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us first. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
9. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
