Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also use our Track Order page.


Are your planters suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, our planters and tools are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Frost-sensitive items are noted on their product pages.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once it's processed, changes may not be possible.


What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.


Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. We never store your payment information.
